Foley Rentals was established in 1994 with the purchase of a triplex in Sebastopol. Over time we grew and acquired more properties and started a full service property management company. Foley Rentals offers our clients a hassle and stress free way to own, profitable rental units, with the need to worry about tennent relations or maintence concerns. This is ideal for the absentee landlord or the owner who lives in a different county or state.
